Security considerations : This content type carries one or more service
URIs used to initiate Group calls, and normally does not contain
information that needs to be kept private. Usage of the service URIs
is controlled by authorization policies associated with the Group, and
which are enforced by the Application Server that has control over the
service URI.

The vnd.poc.group-advertisement+xml typed content itself does not
provide either privacy or integrity protection. If needed, external
mechanisms such as those suggested by [RFC3428] for SIP MESSAGE bodies
may be applied.

This media type does not contain executable content.

Interoperability considerations : This content type provides a format
for exchanging information about the existence of a Group.
