Variant sets

Cyrillic (script) — Second-Level Reference Label Generation Rules, 25 October 2024

Code points grouped into sets of mutual variants. Every member of a set produces the same set of variant labels, so a registration of one has implications for all the others. Sets of a single member are omitted, as are the identity mappings RFC 7940 requires each member to declare.
