2014 annual customer survey results available

In September 2014 ICANN invited customers of the IANA services to participate in its third annual customer satisfaction survey. We have now analyzed the results and are happy to report that the feedback was very positive. The report summarizes the survey methodology and the responses received and compares them to last year's results.
