Root KSK Algorithm Rollover to Proceed Following Public Comment

Following public comment on the proposed Root KSK algorithm rollover, ICANN will proceed with the transition from RSA to ECDSA as proposed, and will publish phase transition criteria and conduct targeted outreach to operators ahead of the transition.
